About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Agent to drive the creation and closure of new opportunities in Asunción. Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify and qualify prospects, generating sales opportunities with both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed acquisition and closing targets.
• Generate a new portfolio of properties.
• Coordinate visits to properties captured by colleagues.
• Manage complex negotiations with high‑level agents.
• Establish long‑term relationships with clients.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of sales experience with a strong record of achieving targets.
• Practical experience with CRM systems.
• Demonstrable history of exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
