QA Technical Lead (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a QA Technical Lead to define and drive end‑to‑end testing strategies for complex, integrated systems. This remote position offers the chance to work with top‑tier talent and high‑impact projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and govern comprehensive test strategies across UI, API, and performance layers.
• Lead risk‑based testing initiatives to prioritize critical functionalities and optimize resources.
• Oversee the full defect lifecycle and streamline team workflows for faster resolution.
• Establish and document QA best practices, tooling standards, and quality governance metrics.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to align testing phases with product development cycles.
• Mentor engineering teams on advanced testing methodologies and automated frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or technical leadership.
• Proven ability to design and implement test strategies for UI, API, and performance testing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing team workflows and defect lifecycles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
