QA Specialist – Remote (Operational Auditing)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain performance scorecards and key metrics that drive operational excellence.
• Document audit trails and ensure all activities comply with internal quality standards.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external audit bodies to address findings.
• Perform detailed gap analyses to promote continuous improvement and streamline complex processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Operational Auditing.
• Proven track record implementing auditing methodologies and managing scorecards.
• Strong ability to define, track, and analyze KPIs for operational performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail with experience in structured documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
