Project Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a remote Project Manager to join its growing software consultancy team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will lead Agile projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery of high‑quality applications that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies to drive project momentum.
• Define project goals, objectives, schedules, and align them with business strategy.
• Allocate resources, track progress, and document all project aspects.
• Establish and monitor project budgets, adjusting plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate quality metrics and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Scrum teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Consultative mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients.
