Project Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a remote Project Manager to join its growing team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Define project goals, objectives, schedules and budgets in line with client requirements.
• Allocate resources, track progress, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Monitor project quality metrics and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify, address and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate with clients.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
