Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies to keep teams aligned.
• Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules that match the defined business strategy.
• Assign and manage resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Create, track, and document all project aspects, including scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Define project budgets, monitor expenditures, and adjust plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate quality and progress metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

• Proven experience managing software projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to align project plans with business objectives.
