Project Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects for clients across Latin America. The role involves applying Agile practices, defining project objectives, and ensuring delivery quality while working in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies to drive project progress.
• Develop project goals, objectives, schedules, and align them with business strategy.
• Assign and manage resources to meet project milestones.
• Track, document, and report all aspects of project performance.
• Define and monitor project budgets, adjusting plans as resource needs evolve.
• Communicate quality metrics and progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to define objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
