Operations Manager – Driver Growth and Engagement

About the role

As an Operations Manager focused on Driver Growth and Engagement, you will lead the strategy and execution to expand Bolt’s driver and fleet network in Paraguay. You will work closely with the General Manager and other senior Operations Managers to shape the market strategy and improve the overall driver and rider experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to increase driver acquisition, retention, and active online hours.
• Grow the fleet business by attracting and managing vehicle owners while ensuring marketplace balance.
• Set clear KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and drive data‑based action plans to improve driver quality and availability.
• Build strong relationships with drivers, fleet owners, and local communities as a brand ambassador.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, and Central Operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of scaling driver or fleet programs in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with KPI definition and performance monitoring.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives from planning to execution.
• Proficiency in data‑driven decision making.
