About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Bakery Operator to join our airline catering team. You will be responsible for producing pastry and bakery items that meet strict airline standards for quality, weight, portion size, presentation, and packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and bakery products according to production schedules.
• Ensure each product complies with airline specifications for weight, portion, and visual presentation.
• Perform quality checks and verify that all items meet established standards before packaging.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and any deviations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to continuously improve product consistency and efficiency.
