About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Pastry Operator to join our catering team serving airline and concession customers. In this role you will ensure that all bakery products meet the strict quality, weight, portion, presentation and packaging standards required for air travel service.

Key responsibilities

• Produce bakery and pastry items according to airline specifications.
• Verify that each product complies with quality standards, correct weight, exact portions, and proper presentation.
• Package finished goods securely for distribution to airline catering lines.
• Maintain production records and report any deviations to supervisors.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to continuously improve processes.
