Operador Técnico de Embotellados

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Operator for the bottling area of our production plant. The successful candidate will operate, clean and maintain bottling machines, ensuring high‑quality output while applying TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, clean and keep bottling machines in optimal condition according to manuals and procedures.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Enter production data accurately into SAP, Prodwin and other designated systems.
• Perform safety, quality, 5S and efficiency checks associated with the process.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies, request replenishment and avoid waste.
• Participate in meetings, shift changes, trainings and audits.
• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors about process‑related events.

Required profile

• Student or graduate of Production Technology, Mechatronics, Electronics or related technical fields, or a technical high‑school diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a production environment.
• Preferable knowledge of mechanics, electronics, electricity and production lines.
• Ability to interpret procedures and task instructions independently and suggest improvements.

Required skills

• Mechanical, electronic and electrical knowledge.
• Operation of production/bottling lines.
• Use of SAP and other ERP systems.
• Proficiency with GSuite, Excel, Word and email tools.
• Preventive maintenance planning.
• Inventory management.
