Líder de Proyectos – Implementación SAP

About the role

SEIDOR is seeking a Project Leader to join its Implementation Projects team in Asunción, Paraguay. The role focuses on leading SAP implementation projects, coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams, and ensuring successful delivery for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage work plans for each project and assigned consulting team.
• Monitor progress against the plan and guarantee compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of internal and external consultants.
• Conduct client meetings to report project status and advances.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and make informed decisions.
• Prepare project kickoff and closure minutes.
• Produce weekly and monthly project reports for consulting teams and client steering committees.
• Escalate issues to the Project Coordinator, Unit Manager, or client as needed.
• Facilitate onboarding of new consultants and ensure integration with developers and BASIS teams.
• Provide feedback to consultants after each project and evaluate project performance for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP implementation (mandatory).
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Project Leader or in a client‑service role.
• Strong leadership, conflict‑resolution, and decision‑making abilities.
• Solid knowledge of administrative, accounting, and financial processes.
