Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitisation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Maintain hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Monitor and report any issues related to cleanliness, pest control, or equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
