IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join BairesDev’s fully remote talent acquisition team. In this position you will act as a bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, ensuring that our pre‑vetted candidate pool is efficiently matched to ongoing IT business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and fill open IT positions, selecting candidates and meeting defined deadlines.
• Review, filter, and prioritize candidates in the pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes to present talent effectively.
• Manage communication with clients, client services, and sales teams throughout the vetting and placement process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present candidates persuasively.
• Advanced level of English.
