Hygiene / Kitchen Cleaner

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Hygiene/Kitchen Cleaner to join our culinary team in Asuncion. You will play a key part in maintaining a spotless and safe environment for both staff and guests, supporting our airport and restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure daily cleaning and sanitisation of all kitchen utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and food preparation areas according to company standards.
• Follow proper waste disposal and recycling procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.

• Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving equipment.
