Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its rapidly expanding team. This remote position serves clients across the United States and Central/South America, offering the chance to work on challenging, market‑leading applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality web applications using Laravel (v8+) and React.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend interfaces.
• Write automated tests with Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright to ensure code reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects that meet client goals.
• Take ownership of tasks, provide accurate estimates, and follow agreed‑upon processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel (v8 or newer).
• Strong understanding of Eloquent ORM, Laravel authentication, and query builder.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
• Experience with Inertia.js and building RESTful APIs.
• Frontend development experience with React (or Vue.js, Laravel Livewire).
• Attention to detail, a positive mindset, and a can‑do attitude.
