Full Stack Engineer (Clojure/ClojureScript) – Remote

About the role

Join BairesDev’s AI‑driven retail platform as a Full Stack Engineer. You will own features end‑to‑end, from database design to backend services and frontend interfaces, helping hundreds of enterprise retailers serve millions of shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement database schemas and SQL queries.
• Build backend services that integrate with large‑language‑model (LLM) APIs.
• Orchestrate multi‑step AI workflows.
• Develop frontend components using ClojureScript.
• Enable semantic search across extensive product catalogs.
• Make independent architectural decisions within a fast‑paced team.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong command of Clojure and practical experience with ClojureScript.
• Background in PostgreSQL and SQL schema design.
• Hands‑on experience consuming LLM APIs in production.
• Familiarity with REST API design principles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
