About the role

As a Recruitment Freelancer at Perfil.Work, you will support large‑scale hiring campaigns for construction and industrial projects in Paraguay. The role focuses on quickly sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of operational and technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and personal networks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and maintain ongoing communication with candidates.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting tight timelines.
• Present shortlisted candidates who meet the specific requirements of each role.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure a high volume of quality hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with roles such as helpers, masons, welders, operators, technicians, and assemblers.
• Strong ability to attract and engage a large number of candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
