About the role

The Sales Executive will focus on creating and closing new opportunities in the real‑estate market. Using a consultative sales approach, the candidate will identify and qualify prospects, generating sales opportunities with both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed acquisition and closing targets.
• Develop a new portfolio of properties.
• Coordinate property viewings for listings captured by colleagues.
• Manage complex negotiations with high‑level agents.
• Establish long‑term relationships and strong ties with clients.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting high targets.
• Practical experience with CRM systems.
• Demonstrable history of surpassing sales objectives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
