About the role

The Customer Success Executive will act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring they receive tailored demonstrations, training, and ongoing support. This position is part of a unique international hybrid program that combines on‑site experience in Córdoba, Argentina, and Asunción, Paraguay.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized platform demos and training sessions for new customers.
• Provide first‑level support, answer queries, and manage operational incidents.
• Perform post‑sale follow‑up, monitoring usage, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Collect user feedback proactively and collaborate with development teams for continuous product improvement.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards and comply with information security policies.

Required profile

• Paraguayan nationality (mandatory for geographic segmentation).
• Recent graduate or current student in Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Strong verbal communication, customer‑service orientation, and ability to work in teams.
