Disputes Specialist

About the role

Lula is a property‑maintenance marketplace that links property‑management firms with vetted contractors. The Disputes Specialist steps in to coordinate, resolve and close daily disputes, claims and escalations across pricing, billing, service quality and warranties while also handling procurement tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage claims and escalated cases related to pricing, billing and service quality.
• Handle warranty, payment and disbursement issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational problems and ensure deadlines are met.
• Source and purchase equipment such as water heaters and HVAC systems from approved vendors.
• Order handyman parts and general maintenance supplies, track orders and inventory.
• Apply for permits, liaise with local permitting offices and inspectors.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, invoices and permit documentation.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English (C1+).
• Ability to manage multiple open cases and shifting priorities.
• Process‑oriented mindset with a focus on consistency and improvement.
• Proactive follow‑through to own cases until full resolution.
• Prior experience in dispute resolution, claims management, procurement or similar operations roles is a plus.
