DevOps Engineer (Semi‑Senior/Senior) – Kubernetes & CI/CD

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Semi‑Senior or Senior) to join a financial‑technology company. You will operate and evolve a high‑availability container platform, drive CI/CD automation, and support a technology migration while transferring knowledge to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and evolve production Kubernetes clusters.
• Administer GitOps workflows and automate micro‑service deployments.
• Maintain and improve the Ingress Controller and related security policies.
• Define Dockerization standards and secure base images.
• Implement and enhance observability solutions for metrics, logs, and traces.
• Collaborate on platform availability and resilience.
• Coordinate incidents and actions with the NOC team.
• Participate in architecture decisions and propose platform improvements.
• Promote infrastructure‑as‑code, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the technical counterpart during knowledge‑transfer of the new architecture.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in DevOps, SRE or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing production Kubernetes clusters.
• Knowledge of GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker image security best practices.
• Familiarity with Ingress Controllers and load‑balancing in containerized environments.
• Hands‑on experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience implementing observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK or equivalents.
• Strong autonomy, problem‑solving skills and ability to handle incidents.
• Ability to coordinate with other technical teams.
