DevOps Engineer – Semi Senior / Senior (Kubernetes, CI/CD)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Semi‑Senior / Senior) to operate and evolve a high‑availability container platform for a financial‑technology company. You will be responsible for managing Kubernetes clusters, automating CI/CD pipelines, and supporting a technology migration while transferring knowledge to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and evolve production Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement GitOps workflows and automate micro‑service deployments using tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Maintain and improve Ingress Controllers and related security policies.
• Define secure Docker image standards and base images.
• Deploy and enhance observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK.
• Collaborate on platform availability, resilience, and incident coordination with the NOC team.
• Participate in architectural decisions and propose platform improvements.
• Promote infrastructure‑as‑code, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
• Act as the technical counterpart during knowledge transfer of the new architecture.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing production Kubernetes clusters.
• Hands‑on knowledge of GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Docker expertise, including secure image building.
• Experience with Ingress Controllers and load balancing in containerized environments.
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience implementing observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK.
• Autonomous, solution‑oriented, and capable of handling incidents.
• Ability to coordinate with other technical teams.
