About the role

We are looking for a senior academic developer who combines deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and leadership. The professional will guide strategic technology decisions and become a reference point for the development team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the technical architecture of high‑complexity applications and systems.
• Lead full‑stack development, making critical technical decisions and solving challenging problems.
• Establish standards for architecture, development, quality, and security.
• Conduct advanced code reviews to ensure readability, performance, and maintainability.
• Define comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, E2E, performance, and load testing.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation for development and deployment.
• Document architectures, technical decisions, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software architecture and full‑stack development.
• Background working with complex, mission‑critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and code review mentoring.
• Ability to evaluate and select technologies and frameworks.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for architectural decisions.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
