Cybersecurity Architect

About the role

Unosquare is looking for a passionate Cybersecurity Architect to join our expanding team. This fully remote position serves clients across Mexico, Bolivia, Colombia, and Paraguay.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or application security.
• Strong hands‑on experience securing cloud environments, especially AWS, with Azure knowledge a plus.
• Proven ability to implement DevSecOps practices and integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and SDLC processes.
• Solid background in vulnerability management, assessments, remediation strategies, and risk prioritization.
• Experience with application security programs, including SAST, DAST, secure coding, and vulnerability remediation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills for explaining risks to technical and executive audiences.
• Strong incident‑response capabilities, including investigations, threat assessment, and vulnerability triage.
• Collaborative mindset with analytical thinking and the ability to influence security culture across engineering and cloud teams.
