Coordinador de Auditoría Interna

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Audit Coordinator to lead the planning, execution and supervision of internal audits across Agrofértil’s business units. The role reports to the Board and the Audit & Risk Committee and ensures audit findings are communicated to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments, objectives, resources and timelines.
• Coordinate audit teams, oversee fieldwork, and verify the quality of audit reports.
• Present audit results to the Board, senior management and process owners.
• Monitor implementation of improvement actions and follow‑up on corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS), audit standards and international regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in internal audit or senior audit/control positions.
• Specific training or certification in Internal Auditing.
• Fluent in Spanish, Guaraní and Portuguese.
• Willingness to travel full‑time and operate manual‑transmission vehicles on national routes.
• Residence in Ciudad del Este, Minga Guazú, Hernandarias or Presidente Franco.
