Coordenador(a) de HR Business Partner

About the role

The company is seeking a Coordinator of HR Business Partner to work on-site in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. The role acts as a strategic HR partner for a business unit, supporting leaders in people‑management decisions, driving organizational development, and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic HR Business Partner for leadership and business units.
• Lead and support initiatives in Organizational Development, Talent Management and Performance.
• Implement programs for Leadership Development, Organizational Culture and Change Management.
• Manage compensation subsystems, including organizational structure, job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
• Analyze People Analytics data and monitor HR indicators to inform decision‑making.
• Oversee strategic recruitment and selection processes aligned with operational needs.

Required profile

• Completed higher education in Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Proven experience in HRBP, Organizational Development, Change Management and People Analytics.
• Willingness to travel within the Mercosur region.
• English proficiency is a strong advantage.
