Collection and Operations Manager

About the role

Finsana, a fast‑growing FinTech company, is looking for a Collection and Operations Manager to lead and optimise its credit collection processes. You will work closely with product, risk and call‑center teams to ensure smooth cash‑flow and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document collection, sales and customer‑service processes.
• Analyse the performance of existing credit products, identify improvement opportunities and help design new offerings.
• Monitor, evaluate and optimise collection channels to meet cash‑flow projections.
• Track collection flow against expected cash‑flow targets.
• Maintain strong results on Operations and Collections KPIs.
• Oversee daily activities of the call‑center operation.
• Handle requests from internal stakeholders and regular entities.
• Control and support the management of external collection agencies.

Required profile

• Degree in administration, finance or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in collections, customer service or operations within the financial or real‑estate sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Experience in financial and risk analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
