About the role
We are seeking a dedicated cashier to join our dynamic team at GCG in Asuncion. As part of a company with 70 years of experience serving airlines, airports, and enterprises across the Caribbean and Latin America, you will play a key part in delivering a seamless payment experience for our cafeteria customers. The position offers the chance to work in a multicultural environment where every contribution is valued.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently.
- Close and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service during transactions.
- Assist with restocking of supplies and maintain inventory organization.
- Ensure the cash‑counter and surrounding area are kept clean and orderly.
- Handle cash discrepancies and report any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
- Strong focus, discipline and attention to detail.
- Reliability, punctuality and basic numeracy skills.
- Good communication skills with customers.
