About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation and plating.
• Support the service line by ensuring timely delivery of meals to passengers.
• Control and fill spreadsheets related to inventory, production counts and service logs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen and service areas.
• Adapt to rotating shift schedules and work under pressure during peak events.

Required profile

• Eager to learn and develop culinary and service line skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable in a diverse, multicultural team setting.

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
