About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to support our chefs in daily food preparation at our Asuncion facility. You will join a multicultural team dedicated to delivering high‑quality culinary experiences for airline and airport customers. Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing simple dishes and assembling meals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Wash, sanitize, and store kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of basic ingredients and report shortages.
• Assist in plating, garnishing, and final presentation of dishes.
• Support cleaning of work surfaces and equipment after each shift.
