About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Production Coordinator to support the organization and tracking of furniture and interior‑design projects. The role ensures smooth workflow from order placement to installation, helping the team meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the production progress of each project.
- Manage showroom stock levels.
- Control the receipt and dispatch of materials.
- Organize orders, deliveries, and installations.
- Keep project information up‑to‑date in the system.
- Provide support to the team to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Proactive, responsible and able to work well in a team.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Own transportation.
- Experience in furniture, interior design or related fields is a plus.
