About the role

The Senior Compliance Assistant will support Integrated Business Services LATAM in monitoring and driving security and compliance performance across Nestlé’s Latin American operations. Working closely with market and regional teams, the role ensures that global security and control indicators (SCI) are tracked, risks are anticipated, and compliance standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and prioritize security and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with global KPIs.
• Create user guides and self‑service documentation to promote best practices.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex incidents.
• Coordinate with market and regional teams to verify KPI compliance and report results.
• Work with markets to anticipate risks, minimizing operational impact.
• Support audit processes, from preparation to execution.
• Present KPI results in meetings with markets and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on indicators.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication ability to explain complex data, controls, or compliance concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Graduated with a relevant degree.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IT Security concepts.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and documentation management.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies.
