Asistente Comercial – Atención al Cliente y Operaciones

About the role

The Commercial Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the company’s sales and operational activities, ensuring professional client service, strict adherence to targets, and organized handling of internal information and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to current and prospective clients with professionalism, empathy, clear communication, and solution‑oriented focus.
• Follow up promptly on client inquiries, quotations, and complaints.
• Maintain rigorous organization of daily tasks, commercial documentation, and databases or CRM tools.
• Plan and prioritize activities to meet deadlines and sales goals.
• Prepare and deliver bi‑weekly progress, metric, and results reports to management.
• Notify management of any unknowns, unexpected cases, or alerts requiring attention.
• Execute directors’ requests quickly across all communication channels.
• Proactively support delegated operational tasks from senior management.

Required profile

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to achieve objectives autonomously.
• Respect for hierarchy and organizational culture, aligning with internal processes and formal communication channels.
• Excellent time‑management skills, capable of structuring work without close supervision.
• Professional and ethical communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and related data‑management tools.
