About the role

The Commercial Advisor (Semi‑Senior) will drive sales growth for Bosch's electrical tools portfolio in the assigned territory. Working closely with distributors, large accounts and internal teams, the role focuses on executing commercial and marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and capture market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned zone to meet sales targets, market share and profitability.
• Develop and deepen relationships with distributors, retail chains and strategic customers.
• Increase portfolio presence by expanding listings, product mix and commercial programs.
• Implement marketing plans and promotional activities aligned with business strategy.
• Provide technical and commercial training to sales forces and distributor teams.
• Lead and monitor promoter teams to ensure proper execution at point of sale.
• Prepare sales analyses, reports and performance indicators.
• Conduct regular client visits to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and launch new commercial strategies to maximize results.
• Organise product demonstrations, events and demand‑generation activities.
• Track market trends, competitor actions and customer needs.
• Coordinate promotion communication and execution.
• Support portfolio follow‑up and assist with collection processes when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics and other functions for efficient plan execution.

Required profile

• Dynamic, proactive commercial mindset with strong customer orientation.
• University or technical degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial sales roles.
• Experience with hardware‑store clients is a plus.
• Own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Paraguay.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
