Analista SGI

About the role

We are looking for an Analista SGI to join our food safety and quality team in Asuncion. You will play a key part in ensuring that our production lines, receiving, and storage areas meet the highest standards of safety, traceability, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Critical Control Points (CCP) across production, receiving, and storage.
• Manage traceability of raw materials and finished products.
• Lead implementation of continuous‑improvement tools such as 5S and Gemba walks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional controls between planning, production, and billing.
• Conduct occupational risk assessments for each workstation and coordinate incident investigations.
• Monitor equipment condition, schedule preventive maintenance, and prepare follow‑up reports.
