Analista de Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join eCLUB’s marketing team. The role will support the creation, execution and analysis of multi‑channel campaigns, customer journeys and content that engage our audience from idea to results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify content opportunities, trends and formats for our target audience.
• Create and produce content, including on‑camera recordings.
• Plan, launch and monitor campaigns and community management activities.
• Design and execute customer journeys across email, push notifications and other channels.
• Work with segmentation, automation, and personalized communications.
• Analyze business and customer behavior metrics to inform messaging strategy.
• Recommend improvements and new actions to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communication or related fields.
• Creative, curious and proactive mindset.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in recordings.
• Interest in digital marketing, CRM and customer experience.

Required skills

• Graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with CRM, email‑marketing or automation platforms.
• Strong written communication and ability to adapt messages for different channels.
