About the role

The Commercial Marketing Analyst will turn sales and market data into actionable insights that guide the commercial team’s decisions. You will support the planning and execution of trade‑marketing initiatives and ensure that all communication materials align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance and market behavior, producing reports and recommendations for the commercial team.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and evaluate marketing campaigns to suggest data‑driven improvements.
• Assist in planning trade‑marketing actions, coordinate with sales teams, and help implement point‑of‑sale strategies.
• Prepare presentations and commercial collateral, guaranteeing clear and consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from commercial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and result presentation.
• Experience in market research and commercial marketing planning.
• Knowledge of trade‑marketing, promotion management, and point‑of‑sale activities.
• Educational background in marketing, administration, economics or related fields.
• Proficiency with office and analytical tools (advanced Excel, data visualization, CRM).
• Team‑oriented, organized, result‑driven, and eager to learn new projects.
