Accounting Analyst

About the role

Join Integrated Business Services LATAM as an Accounting Analyst supporting Nestlé’s Record to Report (R2R) processes across Latin America. You will work in a multicultural team, handling accounting routines, reconciliations and reporting for the Nestlé Group.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting operations, including SAP data entry and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and present financial reports and balance‑sheet statements for Nestlé LATAM markets.
• Run period‑end closing activities and support month‑end deliverables.
• Analyse open items, propose solutions, and follow up on pending issues.
• Respond to internal queries via email and provide ongoing support to regional partners.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with international accounting standards (advantageous).
• Background in accounting operations, reporting and balance‑sheet preparation.
• Proficiency in SAP (considered a differential).
• Experience leading projects is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
