About the role

We are looking for a Digital Sales Representative who will engage with customers through online channels, providing product information, pricing, promotions, and purchase options. The role focuses on generating and closing sales while delivering fast, personalized, and results‑driven service.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise and assist customers via digital platforms (chat, email, social media, etc.).
  • Provide detailed information on products, prices, promotions, and buying options.
