About the role
Chamigo is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to expand its merchant network across Asunción and the Greater Asunción area. You will be the face of the platform, meeting store owners, presenting the solution, and securing new partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Visit retail stores in Asunción and surrounding districts on a daily basis.
- Present Chamigo’s platform and demonstrate its benefits to store owners/managers.
- Onboard new merchants and ensure a smooth integration process.
- Achieve sales targets and generate commissions based on successful sign‑ups.
Required profile
- Enjoy working outdoors and interacting directly with customers.
- Full‑time availability for field work.
- Own reliable transportation (car or motorcycle) and a valid driver’s license.
Required skills
- Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
What we offer
- Base salary of Gs. 4,000,000.
- Unlimited commissions on each new merchant signed.
