Utility Interconnections Data Entry Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Utility Interconnections Data Entry Specialist to support our client’s utility portal operations. The role is fully remote and focuses on entering project information and uploading documents across multiple utility provider portals.

Key responsibilities

• Enter project data into five to six different utility company portals.
• Complete the conditional approval stage by inputting project details (approximately 15‑30 minutes per project).
• After construction, upload additional data and required documents for the post‑installation agreement (about 40 minutes per project).
• Verify that all entries are accurate and complete to ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain organized digital records of all submissions.

Required profile

• No prior industry experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort working independently.
• Reliable, consistent, and able to handle repetitive tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience navigating online portals or CRM systems (preferred).
