Social Media Assistant – Remote (10 hrs/week)

About the role

Our client, a wellness and self‑optimization startup transitioning to direct‑to‑consumer sales, is looking for a Social Media Assistant to support its content strategy across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn. The role is part‑time (10 hours per week) and fully remote, working closely with the founder on content creation, trend monitoring and early business‑development outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social‑media algorithms and identify emerging trends.
• Engage with audiences by handling direct messages and comments.
• Assist with initial outreach for business development.
• Provide feedback on content performance and iterate based on briefs.
• Collaborate with designers and contribute to visual assets.
• Support the setup and maintenance of the company CRM.
• Participate in weekly catch‑up calls.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience managing social‑media accounts or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and trend dynamics.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently and adapt quickly.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Resilient, proactive and enthusiastic about wellness and self‑optimization.
