Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to lead the analysis, design and automation of Human Capital Management processes for enterprise clients. The role combines deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules with strong technical expertise to deliver scalable, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes across Payroll, Health & Welfare and Benefits.
• Identify automation opportunities using native PeopleSoft functionality and define requirements, dependencies and effort estimates.
• Develop detailed automation plans covering scope, approach, timelines, tools and assumptions.
• Create clear technical documentation for governance, stakeholder review and decision‑making.
• Support planning, prioritisation and execution of automation initiatives and establish repeatable documentation standards.
• Design and implement PeopleSoft configuration changes to realise automation recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior‑level experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing automation within PeopleSoft.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• PeopleSoft HCM (Payroll, Health & Welfare, Benefits) modules.
• PeopleTools development and configuration.
• Automation design using native PeopleSoft capabilities.
• Technical documentation and process mapping.
• Experience with AI/Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or Claude for analysis and documentation.
