Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product & Project Manager to take ownership of the day‑to‑day delivery of our software projects. You will act as the main bridge between clients and the development team, turning client needs into clear, actionable tasks and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple software projects in parallel, from kickoff to delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, translating conversations into detailed requirements.
• Define priorities, scope, and next steps together with the team.
• Coordinate developers, designers, and other stakeholders involved in each project.
• Track deliveries, dates, blockers, and risks, and proactively mitigate issues.
• Perform functional QA before presenting deliverables to the client.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, backlog, and project status.
• Detect potential problems early and prevent them from becoming emergencies.
• Contribute to product and solution definition alongside the eien team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital, technological, or software projects.
• Strong ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and teamwork skills.
• Talent for turning vague problems into concrete plans.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and detail‑oriented.
• Good judgment for prioritization and decision‑making.
