About the role

The organization seeks a Technical Leader to guide a small development team building full‑stack applications. The role focuses on .NET/C# back‑end services and React front‑end interfaces, ensuring high code quality, agile delivery, and effective cloud operations.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers on best practices, architecture, and standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack solutions using .NET/C#, React, and REST APIs.
• Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Manage cloud resources on Azure and AWS, including infrastructure as code.
• Prioritize technical tasks, reduce technical debt, and enforce clean‑code and testing standards.
• Collaborate with product owners using Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

Required profile

• Final‑year computer‑science student or recent graduate in an IT‑related degree.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar technical leadership or development role.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
