About the role

SkyTel is looking for a Regional Recruitment and Selection Leader to drive talent acquisition across its markets. The role focuses on data‑driven attraction, innovative technology use, and high‑performance team leadership to meet the company’s talent SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement talent attraction strategies tailored to each market.
• Monitor, analyze and optimise recruitment KPIs using People Analytics.
• Lead, coach and develop the regional recruitment team (analysts and assistants).
• Identify and deploy automation, generative AI tools and other tech improvements in the selection process.
• Ensure consistent standards, traceability and policy compliance for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading recruitment and selection teams.
• Portuguese and English are desirable.

Required skills

• Psychometric assessments and competency‑based selection.
• People Analytics and KPI management.
• Use of generative AI tools for recruitment.
• Process design, documentation and standardisation.
