About the role
We are looking for a HR Manager to lead our human resources function, support the company’s growth and strengthen people management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the HR department.
- Manage payroll, remuneration and personnel administration.
- Coordinate recruitment, hiring and talent development processes.
- Analyze HR indicators and labor cost data.
- Drive initiatives related to workplace climate, culture and organizational development.
- Provide support to managers in team management.
- Ensure compliance with current labor legislation.
Required profile
- Graduate in Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR leadership role.
- Knowledge of Paraguayan labor legislation.
- Experience in recruitment, workplace climate and organizational development.
- Familiarity with ISO standards.
- Experience with performance evaluations and training programs.
- Proficient with IT tools and HR information systems.
- Strong leadership, organization and decision‑making abilities.
