About the role

As the Branch Manager for Vehicle Sales, you will be the commercial reference for your team, guiding the entire sales process from start to finish, ensuring key performance indicators are met and delivering a customer experience that matches the operation’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the branch’s sales team, supporting every stage of the commercial process.
• Ensure compliance with established sales indicators, focusing on effective deal closures.
• Manage client relationships, guaranteeing service standards and swift resolution of complex situations.
• Coordinate daily commercial operations, assign tasks and monitor individual and collective performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and propose corrective actions when needed.
• Report results, progress and deviations to senior management, contributing to commercial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising sales teams; experience in the automotive, real‑estate or similarly complex commercial sectors is valued.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, customer service and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the capacity to manage teams under commercial pressure.
• Completed secondary education; university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
• Own vehicle and a valid personal driver’s license.
• Specific knowledge of the automotive sector is a plus, but willingness to acquire it after hiring is welcomed.
