About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of residential housing projects. The role is responsible for planning, execution, quality, and post‑sale support across multiple simultaneous sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise inspectors, technical teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, certifications, schedules and monitor project deviations.
• Implement quality controls and continuous‑improvement actions.
• Analyse recurring issues, rework and post‑sale claims, proposing preventive solutions.
• Develop performance indicators and decision‑support tools.
• Collaborate with Design, Purchasing, Logistics, Operations and Post‑sale departments.
• Lead, coach and develop the project team to work autonomously and results‑oriented.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading construction teams or operations.
• Proven ability to solve technical and operational problems on site.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Preferred knowledge of Power BI, BIM, Lean Construction, Last Planner or PMP certification.
